Ioana has significant experience in managing civil and commercial disputes, labour law matters, and administrative litigation. She assists clients at all stages of contentious proceedings, from the assessment of legal risks and the development of procedural strategies to representation before courts and enforcement of judgments. Her work is guided by a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, aimed at identifying efficient legal solutions tailored to each case.

She has been involved in a wide range of disputes, including contractual conflicts, debt recovery proceedings, labour disputes, administrative and tax litigation, and family-related matters with cross-border elements.
